Jessica Simpson Forester Review: I bought these boots because I LOVE the over-the-knee boot trend, but I didn't want something with a barely-there heel. These boots have a wedge heel, which I love.They look great on and they're easy to walk in. You can fold them up and wear them as over the knee boots (and they're fine.
